Driving in today, I thought... I love nursing

Care for patients. Care for you.

The unique environment at TQEH means there are genuine opportunities to apply and develop your clinical skills. So what's different about us?

First, we have a strong culture of respect between our medical and nursing staff. This means care is delivered in a shared supportive environment. The team works together to ensure the best for our patients. And because we are a teaching hospital, there is plenty of support for your clinical development.

Second, in addition to our multidisciplinary focus in clinical practice, teaching and research across all our specialist areas, we foster a culture of continual questioning and practice that is evidence based.

And thirdly we are committed to research, so there are lots of opportunities for research and to grow your knowledge through courses and training.
